Just want to relay some feedback, wonderful stay at Shorelines 13 as expected because we stayed here previously! The young lad who transported us to and from the airport, i just want to say its rare nowadays to meet such a nice person, he was friendly and polite and welcomed us and our first time guests to Hamo with a professional manner! Please let him know that i understand its not always easy to keep interested when repeating the service daily, however we were on holiday and our experience with his greeting made for the greatest start. Loved the unit, it was in the perfect location. Close to all shops and restaurants, but far enough away that it was really peaceful and quiet. Great place to watch the sunset. Could not fault anything about the apartment it was easily 5 stars! We would both have been happy to live there! King bed was such a luxury, and really comfortable! Kitchen was really well equipped, and I was delightfully surprised to find a real tea pot and coffee plunger! My partner loved the ice machine! We both loved the design of the unit, the way it was decorated and the ease of use of the washing machine and dryer. Every thing in the unit was really fresh and clean! We loved waking up to the view, and eating on the deck which had a view to die for! It was so beautiful. My partner loved how you could watch T.V while having a spa, and I loved looking at the view while having a spa! This unit was easily the best part of the holiday which was especially good as the weather was not great :( Jenny Read More

Hi The Whitsunday Holidays Team, Thank you for your email regarding our holiday at Shorelines 33 in Hamilton Island. We had a FABULOUS TIME. We had our friends from Florida USA with us and wanted to show them a little of what Queensland had to offer. They have previously visited TNQ especially Port Douglas. We are from the Gold Coast, so they have spent quite a bit of time with us here as well. I was the only one of our group who had been to Hamilton Island previously - having sailed in the regatta a number of years ago. I was amazed at how much the infrastructure had grown since I was there last. We especially found the IGA and Bottle Shop such great value considering its isolation. Our holiday certainly lived up to and exceeded our expectations. The apartment was beautiful with stunning views, impeccably clean and well resourced and stocked. We especially loved the infinity pool and were grateful to work off all the extra calories on those stairs! As we were on a mission to have a great pina colada, we especially utilised the blender in the apartment. We will certainly book the same apartment again as we have been raving about our holiday to all our friends. We are a couple who holiday three times a year with at least one overseas trip included.
