Loved our time at Shorelines 13 last week. Thank you so much for all of your assistance with the booking and to 'steve' the wonderful valet who met us at the airport.
The apartment was fantastic and we very much appreciate the owners allowing us to spend a week in their beautiful abode. A perfect location on the western side of the island and also one of the more private apartments in the Shorelines complex for a couple who enjoy peace and quiet. The buggy was a wonderful inclusion and was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday.....being able to jump in at a moments notice and drive down to the marina.....or catseye beach ........or one tree hill.... Or maybe an ice cream.......
If we weren't down at the infinity pool then you could usually find us out on the balcony languishing the amazing view.
Hamilton Island was such a wonderful place to visit. We can't wait to one day go back and hope we will be able to enjoy shorelines 13 again.

Hi Whitsunday team,
Firstly I just wanted to say we had a wonderful holiday at Shorelines 13 (our second stay here).
I would also like to mention the fantastic service we received from Steve our valet service on returning to the Hamilton Island airport yesterday. Since our flight was at 2pm we thought we'd be spending the day at the airport but Steve offered to drop us off to spend the last few hours at the main pool or anywhere else of our choice. We were so happy and very appreciative of this offer. It certainly made our last hours so much more enjoyable than we were expecting. He was very friendly and professional too.
Thanks again for making our stay at Shorelines 13 a great one! Will definitely be back again.

Just wanted to provide some feedback to you - overall, we had a fantastic time and loved the apartment. Our family arrived back from our first trip to Hamilton Island staying at Shorelines 29. Thank you so much for recommending this property to us. We had the most wonderful holiday together. I particularly want to mention a few things which made the experience easy;
1. Your friendly and patient advice with my initial questions
2. Your advice on grocery provisions
3. Shorelines 29 had everything we needed and more!
I know, it sounds so silly, but having been on holidays on the Gold Coast several times where you literally have to buy all your provisions even for the shortest stay, the above made our life so easy and less costly. We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful.
We would love to stay here again. It was beautiful, clean, the views were magnificent and given it was the peak period for travel, the surroundings were serene.
Thank you. My first experience with your company has been terrific and I appreciate all your work. I really hope we will be able to take a family trip to Hamilton Island again and if so, I look forward to dealing with you again.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the team for your efforts in making our holiday one to remember for years to come.
We had an absolute “blast” on the island, and we cannot wait to go back again. It’s such a beautiful place, and Shorelines 20 was fantastic, and so was the buggy. (I think our boys had more fun driving the buggy than anything else!!!)
My wife and I both celebrate our 50th Birthdays next year, so we might just use that as an excuse to come back, but this time stay longer.
