Dear Whitsunday Holiday Team, We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Hamilton Island. We did stay at Shorelines previously, though in a different unit, but our stay was equally enjoyable. Shoreline 13 did offer a slightly superior view, having the corner aspect and uninhibited sunset views and we loved the Nespresso Coffee maker. The unit was well appointed and we slept very comfortably. Please pass on our thanks to the owners for a truly tremendous vacation. We loved our stay!! Such a beautiful unit and spectacular views!! The wine cooler was a stunning piece! The pillows were so comfortable that I took it out of the case so that I could read the tag and order myself some for home!! One amazing part of our holiday was meeting all of the lovely staff that work on the boat to Reefworld. They were the friendliest bunch of staff that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!! Booked through Whitsunday Holidays. The apartment is all you could ask for when holidaying with 2 x just teens. The layout is open plan with living upstairs and sleeping downstairs. Make sure you get some groceries sent over from Coles online to take full advantage of the kitchen. 2 separate verandas (Master bedroom and Lounge) with amazing views to the west provide the perfect spot for a drink while watching the sunset. The included buggy was a hit with the kids and it's a great way to explore the whole island. The onsite swimming pools looked inviting but we didn't use them as it was a bit cool. Hi there, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 13 Shorelines and are definitely looking at booking the same apartment for next year. The owners have furnished the apartment very tastefully and we found there to be everything that we needed to make our stay as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible! The kitchen was well equipped and very clean and had everything you would need if you were staying for a longer trip! Clean bathrooms with everything you need! Spa bath with an amazing view! Bed was extremely comfortable! Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and the only thing we found wrong was that we actually had to leave! :( Thanks so much again for a great time! Loved our time at Shorelines 13 last week. Thank you so much for all of your assistance with the booking and to 'steve' the wonderful valet who met us at the airport. The apartment was fantastic and we very much appreciate the owners allowing us to spend a week in their beautiful abode. A perfect location on the western side of the island and also one of the more private apartments in the Shorelines complex for a couple who enjoy peace and quiet. The buggy was a wonderful inclusion and was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday.....being able to jump in at a moments notice and drive down to the marina.....or catseye beach ........or one tree hill.... Or maybe an ice cream....... If we weren't down at the infinity pool then you could usually find us out on the balcony languishing the amazing view. Hi Whitsunday team, Firstly I just wanted to say we had a wonderful holiday at Shorelines 13 (our second stay here). I would also like to mention the fantastic service we received from Steve our valet service on returning to the Hamilton Island airport yesterday. Since our flight was at 2pm we thought we'd be spending the day at the airport but Steve offered to drop us off to spend the last few hours at the main pool or anywhere else of our choice. We were so happy and very appreciative of this offer. It certainly made our last hours so much more enjoyable than we were expecting. He was very friendly and professional too.
